5/21/2023 0 Comments The Rancher's Son by R.J. Scott![]() I enjoyed it.ĥ Stars!! For a romance and a mystery all in one!! Their feelings, past and present were well done. ![]() Characters are more defined, the story was crisper. This book was more filled out than the first one. I don't want to give away any plot details. Adam, not knowing his past, is certain the only man he has ever loved is beside him. ![]() Tiny bits and pieces of memory returning, most of them not giving either man any peace. They slowly make their way back to Crooked Tree. He wants answers but Adam is unable to give them. The boy he feel in love with so many years ago, the man he still loves. When he get to Chicago he realizes that underneath the bruises and damaged body, the man is Adam. When he receives a picture of a badly beaten man he knows it not Justin. When Ethan gets word that a man with no memory has surfaced in Chicago, repeating his name he has hope that maybe it was his brother. Still looking for the people he'd loved and lost. Adam disappeared with Ethan’s brother, Justin, when they were fifteen. Ethan gave away a piece of his heart to Adam when he was seventeen. ![]()
